Terms and conditions of sale

In order to benefit from the services offered by our campsite, we ask you to read the following terms and conditions carefully. These conditions govern the sale of stays and are valid at the time the order is placed. Booking a stay implies full acceptance of our terms and conditions.

The campsite reserves the right to refuse any booking which is contrary to this principle, or which seeks to circumvent it.

All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the date of cancellation.

2. Unused benefits
Any stay interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to your fault will not be reimbursed unless you take out the “Camping Covered” cancellation insurance. In this case, please refer to the cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation by the campsite
In the event of cancellation by the campsite, the stay will be reimbursed in full (minus administration costs). However, such cancellation shall not give rise to the payment of damages.

YOUR STAY

1. Arrival
Arrival days vary according to the period (please check with the campsite).
– Rental accommodation: On the day of your arrival at the campsite, you will be welcomed from 4:00 p.m., after the inventory of fixtures has been carried out. When you hand over the keys to your rental, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €200 and €80 for cleaning. These two deposits will be returned to you on your departure and after the inventory, if your accommodation is returned without damage and in a perfect state of cleanliness on your departure.

2. During your stay
It is the camper’s responsibility to take out insurance : the campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, and in the event of incidents falling under the camper’s civil liability.
All customers are required to comply with these rules and regulations.
Each camper is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting him or her.

3. Start
Rental accommodation: On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. The accommodation will be returned in a clean and tidy condition, and the inventory will be checked. You will be responsible for any broken or damaged items, as well as for restoring the premises if necessary. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of any compensation for damage noted in the departure inventory. The withholding of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event of costs exceeding the amount of the deposit. If you leave outside reception opening hours and without being checked by us, you will be charged €90 for cleaning, regardless of the type of rental.
If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, you will be asked to pay a cleaning fee of €80 including VAT.
For late departures, an additional day will be charged at the current nightly rate.

DOGS

Dogs are allowed on the campsite for a fee payable at the time of booking, except for 1st and 2nd category dogs. Only one pet per rental and per pitch. If you arrive with a second dog, the keys will not be handed over and no refund will be made. Where permitted, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited around swimming pools, in food shops and in buildings. Vaccination records for dogs and cats must be up to date. A fee of €10 per blanket will be charged for additional cleaning required due to the presence of the animal.
